Shipping
Please be sure to know current shipping schedule at the top of this page. Make sure to check and double-check your shipping address when entering. We are not responsible for packages being sent to the wrong address. All orders are shipped using USPS unless otherwise requested. Expedited order processing is available for an additional fee if needed before current shipping schedule. See "add-ons" category for options.

Return/Exchange Policy
Please note that all sales are final. Returns and exchanges will not be permitted once order has been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 5 hours of checking out. Contact me through the contact form found here on my website.

Damaged Items
I do my absolute best to ensure the safety of your orders, however, I cannot control how the postal service cares for your package. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it. Send a message through the contact form on my website with pictures showing the broken or damaged crystal. If covered by priority mail insurance, you may be eligible for a refund. But you must contact me within the 3-day period and confirm. Then send the damaged item back. Once received, you will receive a refund. You will only receive the refund if insured and approved by me first.
