Shipping

Currently, crystals and bath products will ship early to mid-June. Check back for updates on the exact shipping timeline. Perfumes and Custom Workings will ship in 3-5 business days. 

NEW OPEN BOX OPTION - (For the time being, since most items are shipping in June, this will be the default shipping method unless you are only purchasing perfume oils. If you have already placed an order and would like to add items, please choose this, and I can add them to your previous order. Final shipping charge will be sent as an invoice when ready to ship if the cost exceeds what was already paid. )To save on shipping, and as I begin to get new inventory, I have added the "Open Box" shipping option to checkout. If you choose this option, you can continue to add items over time. You can wait for me to let you know your box is full (I will then use a large flat-rate USPS box for $34), or you can tell me when you are ready to ship by using this listing added to your last order, and we can discuss the options. Whichever comes first. I will then send you a shipping invoice for the box and ship after payment is received. To let me know that you are ready to ship, you can add the "Ship My Open Box" to the cart of your last order, or on it's own. It will not charge you anything but will let me know you are ready to ship.

Return Policy

All items are final sale. In case of damaged item, please see below.

Damaged Items

Please note that due to the nature of natural minerals and crystals, some imperfections may be present. In the case of broken or severely damaged items, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit as follows.

Drunken Unicorn Apothecary is not responsible for any items damaged during or after transit.  DUA reserves the right to decline the exchange or return of a damaged item.

However, returns/exchanges of a damaged item may be available depending on the condition of the item and if your chosen shipping method was covered by insurance. Please see below on the steps to take in the event you receive a damaged item.

If the item can be replaced, I may be able to process an exchange. I will send a return label for you to return the item, but you will be responsible for the shipping charge for the replacement. 

If the item cannot be replaced, but was covered by insurance, you may be eligible to receive store credit for the damaged item after returning.

The damaged item that is being returned must arrive back to us in the same condition that is was when it was delivered to you. 

If the item that comes back to us is in a worse condition than when it was delivered to you the damaged item may not be available for a full credit or exchange.

What to do if an item arrives broken and you wish to exchange/return. Send pictures of the damaged item to drunkenunicornapothecary@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. I determine the eligibility for return/exchange and whether or not it can be replaced. If eligible, you must send the item back using the return label provided, and upon receiving the damaged item, I will either send a replacement or store credit.
