All orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receiving order. Most items are shipped using USPS.
We are not responsible for any items damaged during or after the shipping process.
Returns/Exchanges of a damaged item may be available for return depending on condition of the item. If item can be replaced, we may do an exchange but return shipping will not be covered. Only shipping of new item will be covered.
If item that was damaged cannot be replaced, you will receive refund of the item that was damaged during shipping upon return of said item.
The damaged item that is being returned must arrive back to us in the same condition that is was when it was delivered to you.
If the item that comes back to us is in a worse condition than what it was when it was delivered to you then the damaged item may not be available for a full refund.
If the item is returned, we do not refund shipping costs or pay for the shipping costs for the damaged item to be returned.
What to do if an item arrives broken and you wish to exchange/return.
Send pictures of damaged item to email@example.com. If accepted, we will see if it can be replaced. Send item back, and upon receiving damaged item, we will either send replacement or refund your payment method.
